The Yorkville Educational Foundation (YEF) Employee Giving Campaign is our opportunity as a team to directly fund the innovative grants, student resources, and community initiatives that make our schools thrive.

Whether you contribute $1 or $20 per pay period, 100% of your donation stays right here, directly impacting our classrooms and colleagues.

Why Your Support Matters

When we unite to support YEF, small contributions quickly build extraordinary momentum:

  • Teacher Innovation: Funding classroom grants that bring cutting-edge learning tools and creative curriculum ideas to life.

  • Student Support: Providing essential resources to ensure every student has the tools and opportunities needed to excel.

  • Community Impact: Strengthening the connection between our schools and local families through targeted foundation initiatives.

Staff Participation Perks

At every giving level, you'll receive something as a thank-you:

  • Give $5 a month (or a one-time gift of $60), and you'll receive a YEF notebook and pen.

  • Give $10 a month or more (or $120 one-time), and you'll receive an official Foundation t-shirt, plus your notebook and pen.

  • Give $20 a month or more (or $240 one-time), and beyond the shirt, notebook, and pen, you'll direct a $25 classroom grant — meaning your gift turns immediately into something for a classroom, on top of everything else.

Every building in this district is invited into a friendly competition. From today through September 30th, we'll be tracking giving participation by building. Whichever building , anywhere in the district, reaches the highest percentage of staff participation by September 30th wins an all-staff reward: the Teeny Donut Co. Truck, parked right outside your building, for the whole staff to enjoy.

This isn't about the size of the gift. It's about participation…everyone matters, whoever you are, whatever role you play. A $5-a-month gift counts every bit as much toward your building's percentage as a larger one. So talk to your teammates. Every single "yes" moves your building closer.

  • Yes, you can adjust or cancel your payroll authorization at any time by contacting the business office.

  • Yes! YEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • The school building with the highest percentage of participating staff will win a Mini-Donut Truck Day
