ABOUT

Yorkville Educational Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) established in 2015 with the goal to provide educational enrichment through fundraising support. Since its inception, the Foundation has made a profound impact on students and staff through its programs.

As a partner of Yorkville CUSD 115, Yorkville Educational Foundation creates relationships with local businesses, organizations and community members to identify and fund opportunities that fall outside of District 115’s tax-supported budget. The all-volunteer Board is comprised of parents, alumni and business owners invested in the success of the Yorkville community.

YEF focuses on four goals to guide its’ strategic direction:

• Encourage excellence in teaching

• Recognize excellence in student effort and achievement

• Enrich teaching and learning opportunities

• Create an endowment

The Yorkville Educational Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt, non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) organization. TheTax ID is #47-5599052.  YEF has earned the 2018 Gold Level Seal of Approval from Guidestar – a trusted resource focusing on financial and organizational transparency for donors.
